Ryan McMullan

DIRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

EXPERIENCE
Ryan has an abundance of coaching experience at the club level and earned multiple United Soccer Coaches & USSF qualifications, including a USSF “C” license, United Soccer Coaches National Diploma in Coaching and an NSCAA Director of Coaching diploma. Ryan also serves as the George School Women’s Varsity Coach. He attended Temple University where he played Division 1 soccer and graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and a Minor in Sports Psychology. Ryan played professional soccer in Scotland for Elgin City Football Club and Albion Rovers Football Club. Previously, Ryan has worked for the European Soccer Academy and also delivered performance testing to professional and college teams as well as elite youth organizations.

PHILOSOPHY
Develop players technically, tactically and psychologically. I prioritize long-term development over short-term results, fostering a competitive environment where creativity is encouraged and character is built. I am not just looking to coach players, but grow them as a person.
